Hello all
18th November 2008

From: Seffers  |  Date: 18th November 2008  |  Subject: Hello all

Almost at the end of our first month away now, and it seems to have stopped raining. We saw off my parents at the weekend. They brought a Telegraph with them which was full of doom and gloom. What news from the real world?

I like the photo of The Burragator and the tiramisu! More pictures of your flat please and your beard?

I'm staying out of offices, and am working in retail over Christmas/New Year, at Ellis Brigham the outdoor shop in Covent Garden. Chuckles and I have just been to the spectacular Holkham bay enormous beach in North Norfolk for 3 days walking and beer tasting

I spent the weekend hanging out on an Army base, looking at looted gold and silver treasures from Abyssinia and enormous guns on railway tracks, then went to a lunch party with army people as waiters, all very odd really.

I broke Cecilia's arm in a cycling accident.
We've had to pitch in with the oiks at football 2 of the last 3 weeks, but last week was a corker.

Piracy is fashionable again.

I've got another idea for a great novel / radio play. I have started on Trieste. Haven't restarted Stage Fights yet, though. Will do soon.

You realise that a child that was born on at the time you came up with that idea would be in primary school now.

It was Seffers' fault it got too delayed. His ideas got too ambitious.
He flew too close to the sun on wings of hubris powered by somebody-else's-needing-to-do-the-work.

ive been rehearsing Toad for about 4 years too, long enough to train for an Olympic event

I also have "write technical Willows script" on my to-do list. Goddamn The Mighty Reptile giving me work as well. Never mind, now that I have a mini laptop with a working version of linux installed on it, I am all set to power through these items.

I keep taking a book on the train, rather than the laptop, though. Books are less work.

I've no excuse for not finishing all the extant projects at the moment. Other than I've had another dynamite idea that takes priority. A brief treatment through for perusal on Friday. Does anyone know a team of European animators?
